ANBI certified

Charities must comply with certain regulations in order to be designated as a public benefit corporation (ANBI). Stichting EFRAT foundation has been an ANBI certified organization for many years since its inception. This allows donors to deduct donations from taxable income for income tax purposes.

The status also gives the EFRAT Foundation obligations. We have to be transparent for our donors. Therefore, we are obliged by the tax authorities to publish the information about our foundation and the annual report on our website.
